When subscribing on our site as a biomass provider, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you succesfully finalize the submition process. For succesfull submition the following data will be collected:

• name and surname
• company name
• adress, e-mail
• company web adress
• telephone number
• biomass products you provide and possible certificates

• We collect information from you when you subscribe to the platform as a new biomass provider, when we ask you to fill out a subscribtion form: name and surname, company name, adress, e-mail, company web adress, telephone number, biomass products you provide and possible certificate
• When you write to us using adress [email protected]: name, surname, e-mail address.
• When you visit our website www.kamzmulcem.si: IP address (stored only for security purposes and is not used for tracking or any identification of visitors).

We will use the information we collect from you when you subscribe as a new provider in a following ways:

• To display this information on our website under »Biomass providers« section, so you will be visible for buyers that might want to make contact with you. Information, that will be visible: company name, adress, contact (e-mail, telephone number and your company website) and products you provide with corresponding certificates.
• To follow up with any possible correspondence regarding your participation on this platform from our side, if needed (notification of possible changes, additional details and instructions for the use of the service, resolution of any technical problems etc.).

• We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
• Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to this platform (BB-Clean partners), and are required to keep the information confidential.
• We implement a variety of security measures when a user subscribes to the platform to maintain the safety of your personal information.

In order to offer you the use of our site, we use cookies. Cookies help us understand better, how this site performs. They help us understand site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. All data used for analyzing web platform traffic and performance are anonymous, therefore we cannot identify the visitors/users.

• You have the right at all times to obtain information, how your personal data and access to your data is being processed: purpose of data processing, type of personal data concerning you, users of personal data, envisaged storage period of personal data, source of personal data.
• At any time, you have the right to request that the platform manager corrects or supplements inaccurate or incomplete personal data regarding you. In the event of a correction, we must notify you of any additions.
• You may at any time request access to the data collected by the platforma manager about you or the immediate deletion of your personal data. In the event of deletion of personal data, we must notify you of the deletion. In the event of revocation of consent to the collection or processing of personal data, all collected personal data to which the request for erasure will relate will be deleted or excluded from automatic processing. Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data concerning you until your revocation and the use of this personal data for statutory purposes.
• You have the right to request to limit the processing of personal data at any time in the event of their inaccuracy, illegality, cessation of the purpose of processing or filing an objection.
• At any time, you have the right to request that the personal data we process in relation to you be passed on to another controller/manager.
• Any use of your personal information for informational or promotional purposes requires your explicit consent. In the event that you receive informative or commercial promotional content with your consent, you may at any time request in writing to stop using your data for this purpose.

We undertake to process all collected data only within the listed management purposes and processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
